on May 19 & 26

Who can resist a haunted Hamlet, bearing John Barrymore's ghost into a hilarious comedy of love and hate of the Bard and other whimsies.  This is lighthearted spookery, timed to delight our world of theatre.

Set in John Barrymore's old apartment in New York City, the play follows successful television actor Andrew Rally as he struggles with keeping his own very profitable television persona or taking on the dream role of Hamlet.  The ghost of John Barrymore returns for the sole purpose of convincing Rally to play the part.

Barrymore proves to be very convincing as Hamlet -  challenging Andrew to a sword fight in the middle of the New York loft.  This comedy takes our characters on a whirlwind ride to Central Park with Andrew's question: "to be or not to be" .. Hamlet.
